Thank you for shopping with Pretty Little Treasures. Every Treasure Bag is individually curated and contains surprise items selected around the chosen collection and Treasure level.

Returns and Exchanges

Because Treasure Bags are curated surprise products, all Treasure Bag sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, item selection, color variation, or because the contents differ from the example photographs.

Product photographs represent the style, theme, and overall experience of the collection. Exact items may vary based on availability.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests are accepted before an order ships.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We will make every reasonable effort to honor the request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once order preparation has begun.

Orders cannot be canceled after they have shipped.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs of the affected item
• Clear photographs of the packaging, when applicable

Please keep the damaged item and packaging until we finish reviewing the issue.

After reviewing the information, Pretty Little Treasures may provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement item, store credit, or refund. The resolution will depend on the circumstances and product availability.

Missing Items

If you believe an item is missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.

Please remember that Treasure Bag contents vary. Only items specifically listed as guaranteed for the purchased product are considered promised contents.

Digital Products

Due to the immediate-access nature of downloadable products, digital-product purchases are final and nonrefundable once the file has been delivered or accessed.

If you experience a technical problem receiving or downloading a digital product, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the refund results from an error by Pretty Little Treasures.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
