Will I receive the exact items shown in the photos?
No. The photos shown on our website are examples of the style, quality, and overall experience you can expect.
Every Treasure Bag is hand-curated, so the exact items may vary depending on availability. While individual products may change, you'll always receive a beautiful, coordinated collection that reflects your chosen theme and treasure level.
How many items are included?
The number of items varies depending on the Treasure level you choose.
• Little Treasure – Approximately 7–8 coordinated surprises.
• Hidden Treasure – Approximately 10–12 coordinated surprises.
• Grand Treasure – Approximately 15–20 coordinated surprises.
Each level is designed to provide exceptional value and a magical unboxing experience.
Are the items full size?
Most items are full size. Occasionally, a deluxe sample, travel-size item, or petite surprise may be included when it complements the overall Treasure Bag experience.
Every item is carefully selected for quality, usefulness, and the joy it brings to your unboxing.
Can I choose the items inside my Treasure Bag?
No. Every Treasure Bag is hand-curated by Amy to create a beautiful, coordinated experience. While the theme you choose stays the same, the individual items are selected by the curator, making every delivery a delightful surprise.
Are your Treasure Bags suitable for adults?
Yes! Pretty Little Treasures are thoughtfully curated for adults who enjoy stationery, self-care, cozy moments, and beautiful little surprises.

Can I send a Treasure Bag as a gift?
Absolutely! Pretty Little Treasures make thoughtful gifts for birthdays, holidays, encouragement, thank-you gifts, teachers, coworkers, or simply to brighten someone's day.
If you're sending a Treasure Bag directly to someone special, simply enter their shipping address during checkout and we'll take care of the rest.
What is the Treasure Charm Program?
Some Treasure Bags may contain a hidden Treasure Charm.
If you discover one, you'll receive a FREE Classic Treasure Bag, carefully curated and shipped to you at no additional cost.
What is the Treasure Key Program?
Some Treasure Bags may contain a special Treasure Key.
If you find one, you've unlocked a surprise from our Treasure Vault! Your prize will be personally selected by the curator and shipped to you—making every key a magical surprise.
What is the Lucky Envelope?
Some Treasure Bags may include a sealed Lucky Envelope.
Inside you'll find an instant surprise to enjoy right away. Every Lucky Envelope contains a different little delight, making each unboxing experience even more magical.
Do you offer returns?
Because every Treasure Bag is individually curated and contains surprise items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or there's a problem with your package, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll make it right.
How long does shipping take?
Treasure Bags are thoughtfully hand-curated and typically ship within 3–5 business days. Once your package is on its way, you'll receive tracking information by email.
