Every Pretty Little Treasure is thoughtfully hand-curated just for you.
Because each Treasure Bag is carefully assembled by hand, orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your happy mail all the way to your doorstep.
📦 Returns & Exchanges
Because every Treasure Bag contains surprise items and is individually curated, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your package, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to make it right.
💌 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
If your tracking appears delayed, please contact the carrier first. If you still need assistance, we're always happy to help.
🎁 Sending as a Gift
Pretty Little Treasures make wonderful gifts.
Simply enter your recipient's shipping address during checkout, and we'll ship your Treasure Bag directly to them.
